網紅的藏寶箱I have donated RM5,000 from the #quaranTEAM contributions to the #FromAMother project led by Maa. Maa is currently getting more provisions packed to be distributed to families in need, around Setapak.
Even I am in disbelief looking at how particular Maa is when it comes to each set of provision for families. Maa makes sure every important item is included in every set (19 items!) that can last a family for at least 2 months. Each set has RM260 worth of items. And Maa isn't even concerned about the price of each set as long as it is wholesome and complete for a family to use.
Whomever I am today, I owe EVERYTHING to my mother. I was exposed to acts of kindness whenever Maa would bring me along to old folks and children homes, hospitals, and got me involved in humanitarian works eversince I was 12 years old. We cooked for them, served them, bought school necessities for children, etc. We were never 'visiting' them. Maa made sure we BECAME a part of them and their lives.
And Maa made me realize, there is nothing and no one more powerful than love. Because love does not discriminate. Love does not choose color over compassion. Love is universal. Love, will always triumph.
Everytime I speak of Maa, I end up tearing. Maybe this is what it feels like to live with a Goddess?
